Purpose

Club Sports Finder (the “Company,” “we” and “our”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.  This Policy explains what personal information is collected, and how it is used by our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, our “Platform”).  This Policy also explains your rights regarding your personal information. 

By using our Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy, our Terms of Use and the policies,  guidelines and subscriptions referenced in the Terms of Use (collectively together with this Policy, the “Platform Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use our Platform.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, including minors, and to being transparent about how information is handled, particularly where users may upload content containing personal information.

By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy.

  1. Age Restrictions.  With respect to children under 13:

3.3 User Responsibility.  Users (and parents or guardians, where applicable) are responsible for ensuring that any personal information uploaded or shared through our Platform is information they have the right and authority to share and that complies with applicable law.

3.4 Information About Minors.  We may collect limited personal information from minors (13 years and older) as permitted by law and only for the purposes disclosed in this Policy.

  1. User-Generated Content Visibility.  Certain uploaded content may be visible to other users, teams, coaches, or the public, depending on Platform settings and user choices. Users and parents/guardians should carefully consider what information is shared.
  2. Parental Rights and Choices (Minors).  Parents or legal guardians of minors have the right to:
  • Review personal information collected from their child;
  • Request deletion of their child’s personal information;
  • Refuse further collection or use of their child’s information; and
  • Update or correct their child’s information.
